Delayed payments may result in paused services

Any confidential information shared between OnPoint and the client will remain secure and will not be disclosed to any third party, unless legally required.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients retain rights to all final deliverables upon full payment
OnPoint reserves the right to display non-confidential completed work in our portfolio
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation before a project begins may be eligible for partial refunds
Once a project has commenced, refunds are not guaranteed
Long-term retainers or contracts may require a written notice for termination
7. Limitation of Liability
OnPoint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
